Mr Weik specialises in the field of information technologies. Here, he advises and represents our clients throughout Germany in all matters of IT law and assists them, among other things, in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, in particular service provider contracts, but also in the areas of data protection, software law and protection of their industrial rights.
Furthermore, Mr Weik is active in the field of general civil and commercial law. His main areas of practice here are the examination and enforcement of claims in commercial relations, in the area of general contract law including the reviewing of contracts as well as the preparation of model contracts.
Mr Weik studied in Hamburg and subsequently completed his legal clerkship with a focus on the field of media, including a position at the Media Authority for Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein and the Press Office of the Hamburg Regional Court. Mr Weik has been admitted to the bar in 2020 and has complemented the Team of ENDEMANN.SCHMIDT at the Hamburg office ever since. He is a prospective licensed specialist lawyer for IT law.
