Ms Hampp works for ENDEMANN.SCHMIDT from the Munich office as an expert in the area of health care.
As a licensed specialist lawyer for medical law, she advises and represents hospital companies and groups, but also individual hospitals and other stakeholders in public health care sector such as medical service centres and individual practices in practically all areas of medical and hospital law. Her work extends to companies of all legal forms and includes, from a legal point of view, not only the establishment but also the financing, hospital planning law, contract physician law as well as remuneration law.
As an experienced colleague, she also assists our clients in negotiations with health insurance companies and in structural audits and additionally provides advice in restructuring and corporate acquisitions (M&A).
Ms Hampp studied law at the University of Osnabrück and has been admitted to the bar in 2011. She initially worked in the field of medical law for several years in a law firm in Hamburg , until she moved to a large hospital in Bavaria in 2015 as an in-house counsel. Since 2017, Ms Hampp has assisted the ENDEMANN.SCHMIDT team as a lawyer, where she was appointed partner (shareholder) in 2020.
