Mr Lindemann is part of the Health Care Team at ENDEMANN.SCHMIDT. He focuses on advising hospital companies, medical service centres (“MVZ”) and other public healthcare service providers on all issues of medical and hospital law, primarily in the field of contract physician law and in the context of restructuring and corporate acquisitions (M&A).
Mr Lindemann studied law at the University of Munich and worked for various renowned law firms in the field of commercial law during his studies. After his legal clerkship, he was admitted to the bar in 2022 and has since been working for ENDEMANN.SCHMIDT from its Munich office throughout Germany in an advisory and forensic capacity.
