Our range of consulting services in individual labour law includes the entire principles of corporate practice with regard to labour law, from the drafting of the employment contract to disputes in the ongoing employment relationship right up to its termination.
In the field of collective employment law and corporate co-determination, our experts will assist you in disputes with the employee representatives, irrespective of whether this is a works council, a staff council or a similar representation under ecclesiastical employment law. We will draft works agreements for you, negotiate conciliation committee proceedings and collective negotiations and assist you in labour disputes.
Another focus of our advisory are complex employment law issues relating to corporate strategy or in connection with corporate transactions or organisational changes. And finally, our experienced specialists are also available to you on other topics regarding the corporate environment, such as the law on company pension schemes, the law on employee leasing, the law on working hours, and for questions regarding social security law, in particular in the context of company audits or in questions relating to the social security status of people delivering services for the company.
