Ms Kassen specialises in the field of medical and hospital law. Here she advises our clients, predominantly hospitals and hospital associations in private and public ownership, but also medical service centres (“MVZ”) and pharmacies nationwide on medical law issues, in particular in the areas of service and remuneration law, as well as on pharmaceutical, medical device and pharmacy law.
Ms Kassen studied at the University of Münster. After her legal clerkship with stations at the North Rhine Medical Association and in New York, she was admitted to the bar in 2016 and initially worked in a major internationally oriented law firm in the field of healthcare with a special focus on pharmaceutical law.
Ms Kassen has been supporting the Health Care Team at ENDEMANN.SCHMIDT since 2018. She is a licensed specialist lawyer for medical law and holds a master’s degree in Medical Law (LL. M.) from the University of Düsseldorf.
