Ms Schwarzlose´s work at the ENDEMANN.SCHMIDT Hamburg office focuses on medical and hospital law. Here, she advises and assists hospitals, medical service centres (“MVZ”) and other healthcare institutions nationwide on all essential legal issues regardless whether they are governed by public or private law.
Ms Schwarzlose has particular expertise in the field of hospital planning law, contract physician law, and also in the areas of digital health and compliance.
Ms Schwarzlose studied law at the University of Bielefeld and holds a Master of Health Business Administration (MHBA) from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. After her admission to the bar in 2004, she initially worked in medium-sized commercial law firms. In 2008, she switched to the corporate side and worked for a long time as a legal counsel for two large hospital companies. Since 2020, she has been part of the ENDEMANN.SCHMIDT Health Care Team. Since September 2023 she is salary partner of ENDEMANN.SCHMIDT and head of our Hamburg office.
